Absolutely fantastic stay! If you want to visit High Tatras with kids, this is THE PLACE where to stay. Fully equipped apartment , even with such little things as Lego and toys for kids, phone chargers, wine opener, toast machine, oven (not only microwave) and washing machine. There was literally no thing I did not find in the apartment. Also the owner is superb friendly and kind, and did absolutely fantastic service for us - pick up from early morning train! Also the location is best, just few steps from Sibir train station.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped baby-friendly apartment with awesome view on High Tatras. We liked the cleanliness, comfort of the beds and really enjoyed our stay there. Kitchen was well equipped with all you need to cook, including coffee machine. And there was also an Xbox station so we could also enjoy a bit of gaming after the tours. The location is perfect, parking available in front of the apartment house. There are also a few green playgrounds to play with kids. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The room was amazing - Family Superior, 2-floor room full of comfort and space. Also, there was a terrace entrance with view to hotel area. I really enjoyed the spa center, there was a nice pool with pool bar, really good placed saunas and relaxation room. U can relax in beautiful place and find something exactly for you. The location of hotel is good with nice views on High Tatras, a lot of space for parking, but probably the main summer season is better for families with kids than young pairs or romantic stay...

We loved the apartment as a whole - the spacious, beautifully decorated rooms, the balconies on the 2nd floor of the apartment with the best views of the surrounding mountains, the location that is super close to everything worth seeing in the High Tatras, how well was the apartment equipped with all that is necessary for a comfortable stay, and the communication with Elena, the host, who helped us find the property late in the evening. We would definitely wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!

My wife and I spent Christmas and New Year at the Atrium Hotel High Tatras. Throughout our stay the staff did everything to insure we had a wonderful holiday. The facilities more than met our expectations. From the reception, the restaurants, wellness center, to the bowling bar the staff were most curtiest. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding with a wide variety off dishes to select from. Adjacent to the hotel is a ski slope which is also well maintained.

Really enjoyed Hotel SATEL. I booked it last minute, as I decided to prolong my stay in the High Tatras. Being less than 20 minutes from Stary Smokovec, it was perfect value stay, avoiding the excessive prices in the mountain villages. The room was clean and quiet with a brand new bathroom. In the morning, the breakfast was mostly gone by the time I got there (9:30, with the breakfast finishing at 10) but the staff were extremely friendly and made some fresh eggs to order.

It was the second time we stayed here. Everything was as perfect as at the first time. We really loved the kitchen corner, it is very comfortable and equipped very well. Apartment is quite big, comfortable, clean, and really homelike. Parking place is next to the building, wifi is stable, village is about 15 min from High Tatras and 10 min from Poprad by car. Host was kind to give us all necessary information before our arrival and she was available by mail or phone anytime.

Great place to stay in for visiting Slovakia!! Modern and cozy apartment with everything you need, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and great shower. Nice view out of the window. The owner is very nice and helpful!! The location is perfect, short drive from the high tatras, Slovak paradise, Poland, and not very long to the low tatras either. 10 minutes from Poprad, and the town itself contains a lot of good restaurants so you can easily go to have dinner there.

Apartment was completely awesome. Even better than the pictures are showing. Beautifully designed, very comfortable, fully equipped, the infrasauna was amazing and the apartment smelled amazing every day. Very warm even with the heaters turned off. Best location in Stary Smokovec, everything was near, shop, station, coffee shops and restaurants. Basically best place to stay for very fair price in the center of High Tatras. I highly recommened this place.

Fantastic location and very good standard. Apartments are new, well furnished and having everything you need for a convenient stay. There's a dedicated parking space for every apartment (mostly inside the building), free wi-fi, 24h reception desk, a coffee machine inside and even a fireplace inside (for a winter chills). Location is just awesome, with couple minutes to the main lake and a great starting point for many High Tatras trails!

Beautiful apartment at the heart of High Tatras mountains, great location next to cable car to Hrebienok, close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Spa, swimming pool and gym is located on the premises as well. Apartment is ideal for family of four, is newly furbished, beds are really comfortable, big balcony has amazing view over the valley and washer/dryer is a big plus.

Classic, tasty continental breakfast and dinners with elements of Slovakian cuisine. A family stay is diversified by a cinema room for children, a kids' club located near to Lobby bar :-) swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, an outdoor heated swimming pool, and a hotel mini zoo. Great location, at the foot of the Slovak High Tatras, a few minutes by car to Starý Smokovec.

The reception staff. The apartment itself - it was huge and well equipped. The view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking! We arrived super early in the morning; although check-in is usually later, they had our room ready as soon as we were done with breakfast - we were stoked! Highly recommend booking a stay with them in your next holiday in the High Tatras.

Breakfast and the spa experience were very good. The bar area is rather lively and the choice of food and drinks is good. The location however is simply unbeatable with its views of either the very close stunning High Tatras and a lake or of the beautiful Low Tatras at a distance. If you can afford it make sure you enjoy this hotel, arguably Slovakia's very best.

I visited High Tatras with my family from Canada and we stayed in this beautiful apartman for 4 nights! Communication with owner was excellent, easy to reach at any point. Apartman is cozy, neat, has all you need! Location is just perfect, approx 5 mins walking distance from small Tatras train. We definitely will be coming back with our next visit of Slovakia!

A place very close to the center, two minutes near there is a supermarket, free parking nearby. A convenient location for going to the high Tatras as well as the Slovak paradise. The apartment itself is clean, very well equipped, a coffee machine for free use in the stairwell as well as a washing machine for free use. We really liked everything

The hotel from 1898 has been beautifully renovated. Poprad is a perfect stop before entering then High Tatras. Hotel’s location near a train station hasn’t been disturbing at all. On the contrary, it’s close proximity to the station makes the stop even more attractive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was very friendly.

This is a very spacious apartment, clean and well-maintained with everything one may need. Although the location is not very central, it is at a close distance to most touristic attractions of High Tatras, as well as the skiing areas, and therefore can be considered very convenient. Good communication withe the host, thank you.

Great place to stay. The apartment is located relatively close to the "Poprad-Tatry" train station from where it is easy to get to almost all popular places and start your hike in the High Tatras. Inside the apartment was very clean and well renovated. The administration was very pleasant.
