Coco Villa is a really amazing new hotel, with wonderful facilities super spacious rooms, located slightly outside the touristy area, a nice more remote location with surrounding traditional villages (it is very easy to get everywhere), but it was a bonus to see less tourists. A great touch was the free bicycles available on the premises, which made it a no-brainer to get around Ninh Binh. Everyone tries so hard, special thanks to the kindest and most attentive staff: Duc, Cuong, Luc, Ninh, hanah, Thai :) We found that the mini golf course was an awesome use of the space. Overall 11/10

We had such a relaxing and wonderful stay here. The lodge is run by a welcoming couple, with such kind hospitality. They provided complimentary breakfast and coffee each morning, including homemade pho which was some of the best we had during our time in Vietnam. Our hosts also provided free water bottles throughout our stay, and bicycles to get around. The lodge is also in the perfect location. It's surrounded beautiful scenery as well as a short bike ride to the Trang An and Tam Coc. The rooms/bathroom were also very comfortable and appeared new. The balcony in our room overlooked the water which was a nice spot to sit back and relax after a day of visiting the surrounding area and attractions.

The room is clean with hot water and air conditioning. Breakfast excellent. The staff is completely nice and willing to help with everything. We rented motorbikes from them for a good price. You will receive a super map with attractions and distance, places where you can refuel. we will definitely be happy to come to the next one.
