Located in Gratangen, 30 km from Polar Park, Arctic Inn provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The setting was fabulous. The host Lars was warm and exceptionally helpful. The dinner and drinks were great, as was the breakfast. Everything was a very good value. The outdoor hot tub under the northern lights was epic. And the design of the property was stunning, including the main resturaunt venue, with nearly 360 degree views of the fjord, mountains, etc. The first image is from a nearby mountain, the rest are right at the Arctic Centre Resort.

The hotel was located in a stunningly beautiful area, surrounded by lush forests and snow-capped mountains, and the peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. One of the standout features of this hotel was the exceptional local food served in their restaurant. The meals were prepared using the freshest local ingredients, with many of the vegetables and herbs grown on-site. The menu featured a variety of traditional Norwegian dishes with a modern twist, and each course was a work of art on the plate. The flavors were absolutely delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful, with great recommendations for local activities and excursions in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tromso, especially those looking for a peaceful countryside getaway with exceptional local food. It was truly a magical experience, and I can't wait to return.
