The people were friendly. The room was as we expected, and the breakfast was excellent. It was also nice to have the on-site parking at a hotel so central in the city.

The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was an issue with one of the rooms initially but they were quick to help us and resolve the issue.
