It’s location, middle of the port, is perfect. The rooms are huge but be sure to let them know if you have any mobility issues because my bed was up a flight of stairs - I noticed that there are a LOT of stairs in Greece!! And cats! But anyhoooo… The homemade breakfast is scrumptious. It made getting up worth it. Sitting up on the balcony and watching them unload the boats onto donkeys, because motorized vehicles are NOT permitted on Hydra - think “no horns, no motors”, while drinking my morning coffee was pure bliss. I highly recommend this for your soul!

Cotommatae Hydra 1810 is housed in a 19th century mansion, only 200 metres from Hydra Port and the seafront with several restaurants and bars. Super charming property, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff...an amazing experience overall!

Located on a private beach in the area of Plakes Vlichos, Four Seasons Hydra Luxury Suites offers free Wi-Fi throughout. The location was lovely, quiet and remote. The property was picturesque and tidy. We loved the beach area with the sun-beds and umbrellas. The restaurant was really good; the included breakfast was wonderful! The staff were friendly and very helpful, transporting our bags and making reservations for us. The private, complimentary ferry was an amazing perk. I wish we could have booked one of the tours on the larger boat, but we just didn’t have time. Next time!

Featuring a terrace, bar and views of city, FOS Hydra residence is located in Hydra, 800 metres from Avlaki Beach. Nothing was too much bother from the staff. They helped us carry our luggage the short distance from the port. As a city dweller it was a great treat to have a room with view of sea. The dining area was a bonus for morning fruit of night cap in the evenings.The patio area was perfect for relaxing in the cool of the day

Lovely location and sweet hotel. The owners were very nice and extremely helpful. Great breakfast! The room was nice and clean. Easy walk to the port. I would stay again.

Built in the 19th century, the 5-star Hydrea Hotel is located in Hydra Island, within 400 metres from Hydra Port. Location was fantastic. Staff went out of there way to help us. Breakfast was so delicious and beautifully presented. The breakfast room very gorgeous.
