With free Wi-Fi and free parking on site, The Wellington offers a popular restaurant with award-winning food, a large terrace, and unique rooms with antique furniture. What a gem The Wellington is. We stayed in room 2 and it exceeded expectations. In fact, it's probably one of the loveliest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Bed was very comfortable, shower lovely and a large, deep bath. Lots of attention to detail. I hope to return again soon. Unfortunately an early flight meant we left before breakfast, but for the price you cannot beat this gem. Very welcoming and attentive staff too. Just superb 👌

Set in Hatfield and with Hatfield House reachable within 3.3 km, The Comet London Hatfield offers express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet despite its location on a busy road. The breakfast was very good, freshly cooked and lots of choice. We had dinner in the restaurant which was also good. I cannot fault the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and ready to go the extra mile to make our stay special. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Holiday Inn Express St. Albans - M25, Jct.22 is located a three-minute drive from Junction 22 on the M25 motorway. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, free WiFi, and parking. This is my third time here. The staff has been very kind and I appreciate the fact that they have offered me the same room if possible when I return in a few months. Breakfast is decent as well!

The rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV.... The bed was very comfortable and huge. The room was well decorated with a lovely view on to the high street. The bathroom was spacious with bath and shower. Toiletries were also provided. The cleanliness was impeccable to the last detail. Sunday carvery was fantastic. Huge bar serving beers, wines and cocktails. Every member of staff was accommodating and very friendly.Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in a beautiful historical building in a charming Hertfordshire village. There are lovely walks in the Hertfordshire countryside directly from the hotel. We stay in this hotel 3 or 4 times a year when visiting family and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in the area.

From Start to finish all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. There was no snobbery shown. The bedrooms were spotless, the breakfast was so good, fresh hot, and very tasty. The ground are absolutely beautiful, and the gardeners were friendly. Absolutely loved the place. My brother in law passed away to pancreatic cancer in Sussex, and I had been in Brighton for 4 days. I came up to ware as one of my dearest friends Ann had passed away to cancer leaving her husband, son, and daughter behind. She got to see her children Marry but didn't get to meet her 2 granddaughter as both her kids were expecting their first child. It was heartbreaking, but Fanhams Hall gave me the space and kindness I needed to stay strong and grieve in my own time. Thank you all so much Kind regards Sarah Ellis
