It has a great location and fantastic staff, particularly Miss Eva and Miss Catherine from Reception. These two young ladies were ready to answer questions regarding the surrounding area and to make suggestions for local restaurants. The housekeeping team goes above and beyond to ensure your room is clean and ready after a long day at work. The wellness area is amazing.

Breakfasts were amazing, very varied and fresh; the staff was great, they spoke Czech, German, and Polish. The lake was surrounded by a path and even though it was quite muddy during the stay it was still possible to have a short walk around. Even in the evening as there were lamps lit. Really excellent place. Worth a visit!

Awesome and friendly English speaking staff, always making sure that everything was to perfection! Room was very clean and everything is recently upgraded. Room stayed warm even though it was some minus degrees celcius during night. Bed was very comfortable. And when the cafeteria/reception area opens up, it will be even better than before.
