We call them via WhatsApp and they send a shuttle to the airport to take us to the hotel. We only had to stay a few hours in Rionegro but the place exceeded my expectations.

The staff is very helpful. If you invite a girl to accommodate you they will take her ID for your safety and keep it. Only once she leaves the room and goes down they will call you to ask you if everything is okay and only then they would give her her ID. Extremely good breakfast with many kinds of fruits, Coffee, Orange juice, many kinds of bread, egg omelette, many kinds of cheese and more… The staff is extremely nice and helpful.
