Located in the centre of Veliko Tarnovo, behind the Theatre, family-run Priyateli Guest House offers a spacious garden, where breakfast is served every morning. The owner of Priyatelli greeted us at the door and a parking spot was ready. He also said good bye to us all the way to our car. Though he doesn’t speak English, we had good communication. We felt so at home. Breakfast was delicious, I loved the cakes! Wifi was also fast. Very central and close to a great restaurant called Bianco. Would stay again if we come back to Veliko Tarnovo one day.

Located on the Ivan Asen I square at Veliko Turnovo’s historical centre, Hotel Studio offers views of Tsarevets Fortress and the Trapezitsa Hill. The view from our window was amazing! The staff was also very good. The gentleman receptionist (I don't remember his name) was extremely helpful. He gave us many tips as to what to see and where to eat and all of it was excellent!
