Villa Arte offers a historical and artistic vacation! It has the most beautiful view on Palace Bembo. The most special experience is to enjoy various cultural activities, concerts and plays on main square Tomaso Bembo, directly from our stone stairway. You might think it is noisy staying at the main square but Bale are so peaceful and quite even in top season that you will have no problem with sleeping and having a peaceful vacation. Villa Arte gives a true historical feel of old Bale with everything you will need for a comfortable modern vacation. Parking is secured for our guests 200 m from the house (public parking) since there is no traffic in the historical part. However if our guests have lots of luggage we can arrange for You to enter by car to the Old town and drive directly to the house just to leave luggage.
Welcome to our stone house Villa Arte! Please enjoy our tipical istrian stone house in the historical part of Bale. We fell in love wih this small quite istrian town 7 years ago and that is how our search for the perfect holiday house started and ended in Villa Arte. Locals call Balle "small town with everything you need for a good life!" And it is so true.
Villa Arte is located in the Old town so everything is just a step or few steps away form the hous (shops, caffes, post office, cultural sights...). Beautiful beaches are just 6 km away, but no worries if You come without a car, there is a free touristic train driving from Bale several times per day (minute walk from Villa Arte) to the coast.
