From this floor you can access the area where the newly built community pool is located. The house has direct access to the parking lot, with capacity for 2 car spaces. Thanks to its community pool and private terrace perfect for sunbathing, this accommodation is ideal for families and friends who want to take advantage of the region's climate, where you can disconnect and enjoy your vacation. Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, therefore the apartment has its own WIFI Internet provided with optical fiber, so that you can share with your family your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol, download a movie, video chat or play your favorite video game online. “Dear guest, we inform you that the region you are visiting is affected by a severe water drought, which is why we DO NOT guarantee that the pool will be open on the indicated dates. The prices have been calculated assuming that the pool will be closed, so not being able to enjoy this service will not entitle you to any compensation. If on the day of your stay you find the pool open, it will be a plus that you can enjoy. This drought affects all the swimming pools in southern Spain.”
