Ideally set in the Dusit district of Bangkok, TAVEE Guesthouse is set 3.1 km from Bangkok National Museum, 3.6 km from Temple of the Emerald Buddha and 4.2 km from Grand Palace. Beautifully decorated and designed, in a wonderful area that apparently hasn’t changed for the last 40 years. Also, close to a delicious food market during the morning. Super friendly staff.

I understand why this place gets booked out so quickly. Beautiful staff that could not possibly be more helpful, even booked my coach/ferry to Koh Samui and booked an appointment at immigration office for me. Location is perfect, AMAZING Thai restaurant only a few minutes walk away (Kao Tom Thewet) and although the hotel is close/easy access to everything it is also incredibly quiet and peaceful. I would never chose to stay anywhere else in Bangkok now.

Located within 2 km of Khao San Road and 2.8 km of Wat Saket, Sri Ayuttaya Guesthouse provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Bangkok. The staff is amazing, kind and polite. Helpped us with everything we need. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Every morning we had excellent coffe at the cafe downstairs.

Located just 700 metres from Wat Arun, Baan Suandao Wat Arun provides accommodation in Bangkok with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as bicycle parking. We stayed 14-16 March’24 and have since forgotten the owner’s name - 1000apologies 🙏🏼😞 But she and her mum are just wonderful! Above and beyond helpful of how to get to and into the property - in every detail pictured and verbally, places to eat/drink and sight see. Close to the MRT so easy to zip about further if needed. The view from corridor to Wat Arun is spectacular and so too is the rooftop view! 🤩 Space to have a relaxed seat up there also. Great location for us as we had seen everything in the Old Town on an earlier visit to Bangkok. Near to a lovely place on the canal where we shared food and drinks - cooked by an 81 year old lady 😊 with some local ladies enjoying their afternoon catch up. Great experience! There are boat tours from here too - which we didn’t take on this occasion but worth a mention so you know which cafe/restaurant it is.

Set within 1.6 km of Wat Arun and 4 km of Bangkok National Museum in Bangkok Noi, baankorrakang offers accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. Nice clean room with a big bed and bathroom. Nice hot water instantly from the shower. There is an open eating area down stairs and chairs and it’s off the main road. Lots of towels provided and water.

Set in the heart of Bangkok Old Town district, 1905 Heritage Corner is a boutique guesthouse in a small colonial-style shophouse. We LOVED this hotel! The property was beautiful and quaint. We loved how it felt so small and personal. The room was amazing as well as the cute lobby area where we’d have breakfast. The staff was so sweet and helpful. It felt safe and was a perfect little haven from the rest of Bangkok, very peaceful and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Green Teak House features air-conditioned guest accommodation in Bangkok, 1.7 km from Temple of the Emerald Buddha, less than 1 km from Khao San Road and a 15-minute walk from Wat Saket. The room was warm and welcoming, so we immediately felt at home for our time in n Bangkok. The owner was super friendly and helpful and made delicious Thai breakfasts for us each morning. Loved our time here and enthusiastically recommend this guesthouse.

Attractively set in the Riverside district of Bangkok, Uncle Loy's Boutique House is set 4.1 km from Bangkok National Museum, 4.4 km from Temple of the Emerald Buddha and 4.4 km from Khao San Road. Gus and his mother are incredibly hospitable. I stayed at this hotel on both my visits. If I go to Bangkok again, I will stay here. The location of the hotel is very good, you can reach the Grand Palace in a short time by just crossing the river. The cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, breakfast, everythings are amazing.
