My family and I were eager to explore Cochen and booked an apartment for our stay. From the moment we arrived, we realized the apartment lived up to all our expectations and what was promised in the description. We were greeted with a spotlessly clean and tidy place, which made us feel comfortable right away. What really stood out was the exceptional attention we received from the owners. They were attentive to any needs we had and made us feel at home. Finding a place like this not only met but exceeded our expectations and brought us great joy during our stay. We are sure to return as soon as possible. This apartment has become our favorite place to stay in Cochen.

Cochem in the summer is lovely and vibrant with plenty to do and see. We went for the Christmas market and found it very quiet and the market itself was very small. The town is a lot quieter in the winter months.

Cochem is a great place to visit.
Cochem is a great place to visit. Take the river cruise through the lock for 3 hour tour you won't regret it. The castle tour is nice thing to do. All the write ups for the town seemed interesting & a location near the river. Parking was consistently a problem in most areas and restaurant food was average at best. Went to a lovely restaurant, 8k away in Belstrain & both food & wine recommended were exceptional. Used our car for transportation. There was a local bus station & train within town limits, so car wasn't necessary here. Despite having to abide by the strict prevailing Covid screening rules, Hermann made the whole process a painless breeze. He even rewarded us with a glass of his vineyard’s Pinot Noir each! Our room was clean, bright and spacious. There was even a common pantry nearby with a well-equipped kitchenette. This quaint vineyard hotel is a little gem in Cochem. Beds were comfortable and there's plenty of room for about two to three people. Very responsive and accommodating. We came from Rome that day and arrived a little later than expected after a 15h drive but were still able to get the keys. Very clean and modern.

Although this was the highlight if our stay, the hotel also became one as well. Will definitely stay here again because the town is lovely. A lot of trails if you are in to hiking. Staff is very helpful.
