The property was in a great location with a walkable distance to the beach and many restaurants close by as well as a small shop. Furthermore, Amalfi is only a 10 minute walk away where it’s easy to get ferries to explore more of the Amalfi coast.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable and felt homely. We would definitely stay again!
The host was friendly and great at responding fast and also very helpful in arranging transfers to and from the property. He also met us on the first day upon arrival to show us to the accommodation.
Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be returning!

Nice apartment. So much nicer staying in Atrani than Amalfi. Nice shower / bathroom, kitchen and semi outdoor area to sit

superb view over the undisturbed Conca bay, within easy reach from Amalfi by bus but away from the bustle. clean, spacious room with large panoramic terrace. exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, available at all times to answer all needs (bus and ferry timetables, bus tickets, restaurant reservations). delicious breakfast that included a daily surprise (an off-the-menu item, such as homemade cake), which we looked forward to finding out every morning
Set in the main square of Amalfi, Hotel Fontana is just 100 metres away from the port and bus stops so you can immediately start enjoying your holiday.

We loved that this hotel has private parking (rare on this stretch of coast) but most importantly it was dog friendly. The staff were very welcoming to our mini Dachshund, Henry, and it wasn’t a problem for him to come to dinner and breakfast with us. The food was divine and served on beautiful hand painted plates. The lemons growing overhead were huge and ripe and very picturesque. Our room had a beautiful private terrace overlooking the sea. Too bad that it rained a lot during our stay. We will return!
With such a unique setting and design, your stay at the Hotel Luna Convento is sure to be unforgettable. Here you can enjoy an unbeatable view across the Amalfi Coast.

Location Amazing, breakfast was nice, we had a great ext, definitely will be back if in Amalfi !
This was our second visit to Atrani, we love it. Out of the hustle and bustle of Amalfi but just a ten minute walk to get there. The piazza in Atrani has a good selection of restaurants and cafes to choose from. Swimming is at hand and very safe. It is such a beautiful little town, its locals are friendly and will answer any questions. Note, the Sidi bus schedule does not run to normal schedule on public holidays like All Saints’ Day. Information around public transport can be difficult to find out so do your research before leaving home.

Atrani is away from the crowds, but close enough to walk to some of the other villages. The buses went straight past the apartment or you could catch from Amalfi. The restaurants in Atrani are fabulous, Savo and A'Paranza were our favourites. The little shops in the Square provided fruit, fish, bread, water, drinks and there was a fabulous little gelati shop. But most of all we loved a little cafe that we went to every afternoon for drinks, that was right on the water. Bar Nettuno is run by Andrew and is a great spot to chill out and watch the boats come and go.

The area falls in the centre of Amalfi.
The area falls in the centre of Amalfi. Everything was really close from here. Surroundings were very pretty and touristy as well. Location was perfect :) just sad that we only found Italian cuisine here. (since I’m a vegetarian ) so got a bit tired of eating pastas and pizzas for every meal :(

Atrani is a little town well located to amalfi.
Atrani is a little town well located to amalfi. It has a beach but you can also got to the amalfi by walk. There is a tunnel between amalfi and atrani 900 meters long. and also atrani has a little square includes market, bar, restoran. And also there is a michelin guided restoran there. we have experienced and it was really lovely.

We arrived in Salerno from Rome.
We arrived in Salerno from Rome. We thought we would be able to get a taxi/Uber to Atrani, but there were not any available. The easiest way was to take the ferry, which took about 35 minutes and it was a pretty view during the ride!
Leaving Atrani, we took van early in the morning and the winding roads made two of our three kids car sick, so the ferry is way to go if possible and is way cheaper.
Overall, Atrani was good and we enjoyed our time there. Most restaurants do not open for dinner until around 19:30, so if you have young kids it is good to keep in mind! It is easy to walk around throughout Almafi and Atrani.

Atrani is the best stay for an Amalfi coast trip.
Atrani is the best stay for an Amalfi coast trip. It’s walking distance to the buzzing and touristy Amalfi, but it’s quiet, local, and quaint. There are amazing restaurants a cute beach and all you need while still being close and connected to the rest of the coast. I really recommend it.
Let's start with, from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We got help with our bags (no easy feat!) Our room had the most spectacular view. The people at the front desk were lovely, especially Antonella, who was also our masseuse (and an exceptional one at that) I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I wish I remembered everyone's names, because literally every person was so warm and welcoming (Grazie, tutti!). We hope to stay there again soon! Honestly one of the best experiences we've ever had.
Firstly the Location is perfect, quieter and stunning, with a few mins walk to Atrani Square and a 10 min walk to Amalfi and all the main transport links. The apartment was spotless and a lot bigger than we Imagined, easily suitable for a family. The host was brilliant and always on hand to communicate with. The views are superb with both sea and mountain views. Go on the rooftop terrace and see the beautiful view of Atrani. We will definitely re-book this apartment. Thank You Claudia and also the helpful Antonio.
Ada’s amazing property in the ancient city of Atrani.
If you are coming to visit the area look no further then Ada’s house as it was well worth it In every way. Some steps are involved so be aware for luggage, again well worth every step. We will be sure to return to Atrani and Ada’s place will be our first choice each time. Everything was better than expected. Felt like we were at home. Host as well as colleagues of the host were very informative and helpful each step of the way.
The apartment was functional and comfortable with an amazing view of Atrani from its terrace (see pictures). The second floor (more like a mezzanine) room was perfect for our 8 years old. The apartment is right by the Atrani beach, and just behind the small square where we could dine and shop groceries. We enjoyed thorough and timely support by Antonella, who also kindly coordinated our excursions. We stayed 10 nights but would have stayed longer if we could.
Very beautiful hotel with Italian flair .
In an very quite area of Atrani .
Super clean , comfortable and cosy .
Staff , the nice and helpful Alfonso , always ready to help and make your stay the most agreeable as possible .
He even organized a transfer to positano for us with a great transfer firma and with a very good price .
I would recommend this hotel and would come back to stay on it at any time .
Thank you for the 3 amazing days at it !!!
The apartment was big enough, the check-in process was quite smooth, and the host was very kind to provide enough information in advance. The location was perfect - 10 minute walk from Amalfi but I personally liked Atrani area much better than Amalfi - the atmosphere is more relaxed and less touristic. The bars and restaurants in the neighborhood were more friendly and reasonably priced compared to Amalfi area.
The host really nice, really appreciate the picture details on how to get to the property. Very close to the Amalfi. Atrani is better from the food/bar options point of view than Amalfi. The room is small with vintage vibe, warm during the night. Overall, my stay at the accommodation was satisfactory, but there are a few areas that could be improved upon to enhance the guest experience.
Andrea was an amazing host. He took care of greeting us at the Amalfi port and helped arrange the porters to carry our bags. He gave us a lot of tips on restaurants and places to go to. Very responsive when we had issues with the AC. It was an amazing place to stay slightly away from the Amalfi crowd within walking distance to the Ravello beach and the Atrani beach.
Location was the feature of this property - Atrani is a much quieter town than some of the others and very much still the local's town. The view from the window down to town's central square was fantastic. Very easy walking distance to the town of Amalfi, great walk up back of town to Ravello as well. Nice local restaurants so no need to go far.
stunningly, beautiful location, large apartment, and very well appointed for a few day or longer stay. Sergio (owner) was very helpful and his daughter is an excellent translator. Atrani maintains the old style Italian experience while a five minute walk to Amalfi allows for a more modern experience. Truly a fantastic place to stay.
I had a very pleasant stay. The house is right in the heart of Atrani so you get to live like the locals. And the hosts are the sweetest, making sure that my stay was comfortable and that I had everything that I needed. I had the best time here, would highly recommend!
It's very close main Atrani beach and city center. All Imp things are near by. Sandra was very helpful. She bought Milk, bread and eggs for us as we were supposed to reach at night. She helped us with our bags.
Cute apartment, equipped with all necessities
The hotel had great views as it overlooked the water. It was close to the public beaches located in Atrani. The public tunnel to get between Atrani and Amalfi town was close enough to make it simple to walk back between the two cities for dinner.
Other then the never ending stairs …. The room was very dusty and humid with a smell …. The bed was not clean and wet
Stayed in Italy for a month and this was the only place that made us homesick the most cause of the environment ….
Good communication with the host. The accommodation is beautifully set in Atrani, with beautiful views of Atrani and the sea. Well enough equipped and very spacious. There's a shared terrace that you can use as well.
The apartment is small, but has everything you need, and the aircondition was great. A great place to stay for a couple of days. We really enjoyed Atrani.
Perfect location in Atrani. Away from the crazy crowds in Amalfi but only a 15 min stroll to get there. Wonderful hosts and great clean and comfy rooms.
