The location is very close to the pier within walking distance. And, you can walk to Zora beach "Plaza beach" in 15 minutes and it is very quiet in the morning at 8 am. The house is neat and tidy. They have space for you to hang clothes or swimming gear. Very convenient.

This was the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in! A real touch of luxury with everything thought of and real attention to detail. Ivana and her husband went out of their way to make our stay perfect and welcome us to Selca, even leaving treats on arrival and departure and fresh local produce during the week. Beautiful views and total relaxation.

The location is amaaazing. The view really looks like on the picture and I could not get enough of it during day and night. Povlja is not big as the other villages on Brač, but that is exactly what we were looking for, since there were not many people on the beach. The beach is also great, 10min walk away. You have everything you need in the kitchen: microwave, espresso machine, fridge with freezer and all utensils you might need for cooking. There were also more than enough towels. The host was also super nice and gave us gifts and answered any question we might have also over phone. If you are looking for a nice quiet place with a great view and pebble beach, this is the place!

Sumartin is a charming town with beautiful small beaches that are not overcrowded creating a serene atmosphere. However, it's essential to note that there is a lack of public restrooms and trash bins, which can be inconvenient for visitors.

The property has a very nice swimming pool and sun loungers, beautiful garden with patio furniture. Vedrana - the lovely warmhearted lady at the reception, was extremely hospitable, amiable, friendly, and helpful. Balconies on both sides mean you really do get a panoramic view. The apartment is really spacious, beautifully presented and scrupulously clean. There were so many thoughtful touches in the house that made our stay so comfortable. The pool and outside area is a dream. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and had air conditioning. Thanks to the balcony, we were able to eat breakfast every day overlooking the sea. We had maybe 2 minutes to the nearest beach. The hosts were very hospitable and ready to help. We will definitely go back there again ;)
