The food in the hotel is very nice. We ordered room service twice and thoroughly enjoyed our meal each time. The beds are big and spacious. The only issue was the air conditioning not working - we were able to crack a window but I imagine it would be less comfortable in the summer months. The Staff were really nice and helpful. Location was within walking distance of the main town with restaurants and bars close by. I would recommend.

We really like the location of the hotel as it was very close to the railway station. An added bonus was that it was pouring with rain on the last day so we didn’t get wet going t9 the station! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

A French city with a touch of Catalan
Perpignan is located at the foothills of the magnificent Pyrenees and is a perfect base for sightseeing whilst travelling along the coast of France and Spain.
Along the banks of River Basse is The Castille, which is a 14th-century red-brick fortress and one of the main sights in Perpignan. Other historic landmarks that are worth a visit are the Perpignan Cathedral, 13th century Palace of the Kings of Majorca, and the François Arago Liceum.
Perpigna’s picturesque streets and walkways are lined with a variety of cafés and restaurants. A notable area is the Place de la République, home to the Théâtre municipal and surrounded by several shops, bars and boutiques.

Perpignan - Rivesaltes Airport offers direct routes to major cities like Dublin, Amsterdam, Paris and London. Decorated by Salvador Dalí, the Gare de Perpignan (train station) offers great services throughout France and over to Luxembourg.

I could have spent all day at the Palace and another exploring the array of very high quality shops in the lovely winding streets. The cathedral is worth a visit for those interested in architecture, history, etc. or who just appreciate the remarkable efforts humans put into their religious monuments. It is an active religious site, so proper dress and respectful behavior are requested. A stroll along the canal was very pleasant. I did not have enough time to do any of it justice. I walked everywhere. Ask hotel staff which way to go to the palace: GPS doesn't know there is only one entrance and will take you to the outside wall only, FAR from the entrance.

Perpignan is a lively place, cleaner and neater than some other southern French cities. The historical sites are not particularly thrilling, but it's pleasant to wander around the old town and there is always something going on - the annual festival of photojournalism while we were there. The beach resorts of Canet and Sainte-Marie are within easy reach.
Recommended excursions: Céret, Collioure (each a cheap 40-min bus ride away if you can figure out the eccentric timetable) + the Red Train along the Fenouillèdes valley west of Perpignan - with very knowledgeable guides! Details from Tourist Office

Like many visitors to the town, we were drawn to the town by the chance to watch the Catalans Dragons rugby league club play at Stade Gilbert Brutus. However, there is so much more that the town has to offer travellers.
The town centre is crammed with beautiful architecture, quirky shops, bars and cafes and lots of history. Meanwhile, for just a euro you can catch a forty minute bus down to the coast (we chose Collioure). A brilliant trip whether visiting with family or friends. We will definitely be back soon.

Historical castle with old town.
Historical castle with old town. Quiet provincial French town with an interesting looking medieval heart that is undergoing restoration.
We walked around Perpignan, well signposted. The locals are friendly and helpful. We ate at a restaurant close to the train station the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The Pizza place close to town was a bit more expensive but food was tasty and staff helpful. The dinner at The Steakhouse was food but quite expensive again the staff were helpful and friendly.
A very friendly and helpful host, provided all information on surroundings. Was offered a breakfast and a smoothie upon arrival. The apartment is clean and well equipped and the room has its own shower and is quite large too. Entire area seems safe and the place is just few minutes walk from the train and bus station and maybe 15 min walk to the city centre and about 30 min to the beach by bus (2.30 return ticket). The beach is beautiful, with many bars, restaurants etc...
From arrival to departure the proprietors did everything they possibly could to make my stay enjoyable including advice on tourist sites, local shops and restaurants. The breakfast with homemade delicacies is excellent. The location of the hotel near the railway station and local bus services for trips out of Perpignan, whilst being 10 minutes on foot from the centre of Perpignan, is extremely convenient.
The cottage is well-equipped, spacious and quiet and in a very convenient location to reach the centre of Perpignan on foot and also for public transport. Sebastian was really helpful and gave us useful tips for our stay, e.g. recommendations for beaches and other attractions to visit and how to get there. Perpignan is a great city and we also enjoyed exploring the coast and discovering 'le pays catalan'.
The front desk staff was friendly and responsive regarding a late check-in. The common areas of the hotel are nice. For the rest I had a bad experience. My room was very small and did not look like the photos. Internet connection was poor (it completely failed on my last day). The bathroom was ancient (but not in a vintage nice way). Perhaps all other rooms in the hotel are better but stay away from 107!
I booked last minute because I was not intending to stay in Perpignan. I am glad I did because staying at Dali hotel Perpignan felt like a reset from my busy life in Barcelona. The bed was comfy and the rainshower relaxing. Also the location is perfect, central and in front of a beautiful parc. The rooftop and garden are also nice. And the late check out at 12 was great. No rush to get out of the hotel.
Compact room with comfortable bed shower and separate toilet. We went to the city centre which seems quite nice with lots of places to eat and lots of take away options. A short drive from a large beach which we were able to take our dog for a run. looks like it would be a great place to visit in the summer. There is a microwave available for guests to use at any time. Lots of places to park.
The hotel is literally across the street from the train station. It is also in walking distance (25min) of the amazing Palace of the Majorcan Kings and fabulous shops. The breakfast was above par. The bathroom was nicely modern. I grabbed some kebab to go just a block or so away and it was good with very pleasant service from the Middle Eastern owners.
We stopped here whilst driving through France. The Château is beautiful, recently renovated and exceeded all our expectations. By far the best place we stayed in France.
The welcome is warm and our host gave an interesting talk on the history of the Building at breakfast. We would love to return here one day and highly recommend staying here.
We really liked the friendly, helpful receptionist who grated us and spoke such good English. When she saw we had alot of luggage she immediately changed our room to a ground floor. France needs more good quality staff like this. Thank you for a great stay, see you soon.
The apartment is situated in the heart of the Historical center of Perpignan. Wonderful restaurants and bars close by. The accommodation is large and spacious. Fred goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need including a superb breakfast!
The hotel is located half way between the station and the centre, so both are ideally located. The staff are always warm and welcoming. Breakfast offers a large selection of choice. Always my hotel of choice when visiting Perpignan.
Everything about our stay was fantastic. The room was very luxurious and has been the nicest room that we have stayed in in France. Jacuzzi tub and Sauna are very nice and relaxing. Room was very clean. No complaints whatsoever.
A cute home in Perpignan. The owner was a sweet, older man that was very helpful. The room and bathroom was clean and the small kitchen was also clean. I liked the garden in the back and enjoyed my breakfast there each morning.
Fabulous location! Comfy bed. Very friendly front desk staff. Steps away from fantastic dining and shopping in the centre-ville of lovely Perpignan! Merci, Hotel de France!
