The hotel was great! The staff was very helpful and the service was excellent. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and it had plenty of amendities. The communal areas were beautiful with nice decoration. The hotel is in a very good location, a short walk from all places of interest, with a lot of restaurants closeby.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all major attractions
It was 12 euros taxi into Seville Old Town
Hotel was very large and a bit shabby on the outside but smart inside.
The bar was very inefficiently run. One waiter was actually running up and down.
Breakfast was good a good selection.
It was set quite high up and had a main ring road running beside it so there was no chance of walking to or from this hotel.

The Town is very spread out and hilly, and unfortunately the pavements are in the worst overall condition that we have seen anywhere in Spain, and are often totally lacking or obstructed by parked cars, causing you to walk at the edge of busy badly lit roads. The best thing is the ease of access to Seville via the Metro from either of the two stations.

Pardon me for this but I forgot the guy at the front desk but I won't forget what he did for a guest (me was the guest), If all the hotel staff all around the globe could be like that front desk 's critical thinking? I think all hotels will have a wonderful customer service in any online survey platforms or websites.. I used to work in a hotel industry through the other end of the line and I know exactly what could cheer a guest up upon checking in and that exactly what he did. Management should gave him extra bonus .
I really enjoyed my stay at this fabulous hotel. My room was exceptional. A shout out to the staff. My check in was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The shuttle was excellent and a great bonus. Continue offering that service because it made a major difference.
Decent price hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was nice. The room and the lobby and the facility was very clean. The hotel offered a shuttle to the metro. The windows open up wide to get good breeze and fresh air.
Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. It was easy to get to the centre. Shuttle bus was running every 10-15 minutes, which takes to the metro station. Nice and helpful reception staff.
Really nice breakfast buffet with lots of choice, well prepared dishes and some nice vegetable options.
The hotel facility was quite large, but very attractive architecturally.
