The hotel is located in a quiet place with a beautiful view. There is enough space for parking a car. The staff is very friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was enough to satisfy those who like to eat in the morning.
This intimate boutique hotel is ideally situated in central Aarhus's Latin Quarter. University Park and Skolebakken Train Station are both about 10 minutes' walk away.

Great location, friendly staff and a nice breakfast
The City of Smiles, Århus (or Aarhus as it’s now officially known) has been around longer than any other Scandinavian city, so has had plenty of time to accumulate attractions and eateries. Its vibrant music scene and nightlife are popular with Denmark’s largest student population, and the University Park features the excellent Steno Museum and Natural History Museum.
Weird and wonderful artworks adorn the multi-coloured ARoS museum, and artefacts in the Viking Museum are on the site where they were discovered, alongside copies of exhibits from the Moesgård Museum, located in a forest south of the city centre (closed until 2014). At the heart of the neighbouring park is Marselisborg Palace, the Danish monarch’s summer residence.
The botanical gardens are opposite the Old Town, which is not actually the historic centre but rather a colourful collection of half-timbered buildings from all over Denmark, set around a pond.
Shops and pavement cafes line the Aarhus River which enters the sea by the large port which has contributed significantly to the city’s success. Overlooking it are the ultra-modern Isbjerget apartments, resembling peaks of icebergs. Also innovatively designed is the Modernist town hall, and Aarhus Cathedral has the country’s tallest spire and longest nave.
Booking.com’s accommodation options range from beachfront hotels to cheap hostels and apartments near Aarhus Airport.
My first time in Denmark and it was beautiful. A lot of new building projects. A lot of shops and restaurants. A lot of museums. Den Gamble By definitely worth visiting, because there are a lot of museums and you feel like a lot of years ago. Botanical garden is for free, a lot of beautiful plants.

Not as much to do in Aarhus proper, but if you had the means to travel outside there was more to see. Not as visitor friendly as other Danish cities we visited. One full day was enough for the city proper to meander around. Be careful of where you eat, because some of the smorrebord menus were simply fried fish (from their fish and chips menu) on a large piece of bread or soggy chicken salad. Not the Danish versions you might be looking for.

Confusing town plan. Lost my sense of direction frequently.
Confusing town plan. Lost my sense of direction frequently.
Great range reasonable eating places. Friendly service. Flexible menus.
The art gallery was a bit strange. Not much of a B collection for an experienced art lover in other European cities. The shop there was well stocked and presented

Best nature around this city. Very underrated.
Best nature around this city. Very underrated. Totally worth to come check for its city centre, the restaurants, the cafes, the new building with interesting designs, and of course, the forests and the parks
Rooms are modern but homey, they are very high-tech and have a lot of amenities.
The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I ever had, but you got to order the eggs from the chef counter for a top experience (the best part)
I had the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and it was way better than I expected
The fitness room is pretty good, and the sauna is great. Buy remember you might need to start it an hour before you go in (if no one is using it) but you can chill on your room in that hour. (Or workout.+ Breakfast).
Excellent hotel in the city centre five minutes walk from the bus stop that arrives from the Aarhus airport. Other bus stops and light train station five minutes walk. This hotel is also surrounded by burger king (next door) and other good restaurants are at a walking distance. There is also a shopping mall and shops behind the hotel. Overall excellent hotel will stay again
The location is excellent, near to the train station and within short walks of all the really interesting bits Aarhus has on offer. The staff are first rate as are the rooms. I particularly like all the old bits in the window hardware - hooks, latches and catches. They’re all “old style” European and invoke a different age of travel and adventure. First rate!
One of the main strengths of Hotel Atlantic is the location, the main busstop (incl airport) is just around the corner. The train station a little bit further. Each morning the hotel offers a breakfast at the top floor of the hotel, with amazing views on the city and harbour. Breakfast was included and offers a wide variety of options.
Great location. 3 minutes walk to Aarhus main train station.
Comfortable beds.
Good breakfast. Nice restaurant and other amenities.
The hotel seems a bit dated but it gives it character. Rooms are well taken care of so it does not impact the quality of the stay.
Great location in the city center, easy to walk. Very friendly staff. Parking (paid) in front of the hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and well-equipped bathroom.
Breakfast had an ample selection and was excellent, as you mostly expect in the Nordics.
-This is the hotel for anyone who wants a pleasant couple of days in Aarhus. For Aarhus, this is a nice location, close to everything you need. Close to bus and railway, city attractions, restaurants and shops. Polite stuff. Mostly perfect Wi-Fi.
This hotel is right in the center of Aarhus, conveniently located from the train station, restaurants, and shops. The room felt open and bright and the design of the bathroom was more spacious than some other Scandic hotels where I've stayed.
The location was perfect for me, close to the city center of Aarhus (walking distance of like 5 minutes) and Iman was very supportive. He provided space to put food in the fridge and also had the right products to put a washing machine.
The staff at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! We only had one night in Aarhus, unfortunately, and she suggested a good walking route to find great music and sights from the Aarhus festival.
The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations in Aarhus. The gym opens 24/7. The location is central that you can easily get to anywhere.
So location is amazing. You right in the heart of Aarhus city center and can walk to everything. So many places to eat and drink. Great town and super friendly staff.
