We thought the place was beautiful and Mette and Henrik weren’t wonderful hosts! Breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious!

The home made bread rolls & pastries were totally delicious. The staff were very friendly & informative, without encroaching on our privacy. The beds & couches were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. We hope to visit this house of character in its beautiful location with it's incredible hosts again.

Beautifully appointed, eye for detail, comfortable, lovely beds, warm and cozy in December! And the guys even put a Christmas tree and some traditional dolls in our apartment, plus a nice bottle of wine on Christmas Eve! With a note in Dutch!! So attentive and kind. We loved it and want to go back in summer!

Featuring garden views, Baekgaarden B&B provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 14 km from Carl Nielsen Museum. What a lovely and peaceful property in rural Denmark. We were looking for a charming cottage off the beaten path and Baekgaarden B&B did not disappoint. It was situated perfectly for us to day trip to towns like Odense, Svendborg and Faaborg. The host was very welcoming and provided a delicious and very filling breakfast each morning. It was easy to come and go as we wished. The bathroom had radiant heating in the floor which was very welcome on cold mornings.

The property was very clean, was near to the center ville of Odense and near by there is a nice castle too. The staff is very gentle even they offering the apples from their garden & they left you some cows milk from their farm. Highly recommended this apartment.
