The staff were incredibly thorough, attentive and responsive through the Booking.com app! The check-in process was super easy with the code we received as well as moving our bags to the luggage storage across the street so that we didn't have to lug our bags around between check-out and when we needed to leave Sevilla. The bedroom and bathroom sizes were large and there was good space to hang or set out your clothes in the bedroom/living area. The location was also amazing, right by the cathedral and lots of places to eat and souvenir shop.

The room was big enough, very clean, the bed comfy and the bathroom equipped with everything one needs. The staff was very polite and friendly.
