Incredibly relaxing and peaceful stay. We loved waking up to the view of Polyegos and Kimolos islands and the waves crashing against the shore each morning. Staff were awesome and helpful, quality of the apartment was great. Walk to Pollonia was short & simple along the coastal path, however anyone with mobility issues may need to consider driving to the town.

We wanted a base to explore Milos by day and to be close to restaurants in the evening. Garifalakis was perfect for this. The rooms were spotlessly clean and a good size, a short walk from town. We only stayed 3 nights but the kitchen area was well equipped and ideal for a longer stay

This Villa was very good. It’s around 10mins outside of the main village, but that affords it a quiet vibe and gives you a chance to walk off your dinner when you eat at the port. The bed was super comfy.

We loved the quieter aspect of Pollonia but still has a beach, cafes, restaurants and mini mart in walking distance. You do need a car to drive to all the special spots - beaches, villages, seaside towns, catacombs, Sarinkinko etc. Main port Adamas is 15min drive as is most other locations on that side of Milos. We stayed 3 nights but could have stayed 4 as we had some big days getting tourist spots done and would have liked a lazy day just at a beach club. Definitely do a boat cruise to Kleftiko and Skyia Cave - half day tour (5 hrs) is fine no need for a 9 hr oneAbigailHong Kong - 10Scored 10

Pollonia is quiet enough that you can relax but still has plenty of dining and entertainment options. Great bus service into Adamas with connection across the island. Do the boat tour on a catamaran!

Please check the small writing for this accommodation. I booked a double room & once I got there was told that I booked the room for 1 person. I was told to pay an additional $30 per day including the day (ferry boat canceled) we weren’t there. We weren’t given any other choice we either paid the extra money or we were out to find other accommodation. Please check the small print as I have never come across anything like this before

Milos is great island and Pollonia is a great town. Very family friendly with several great restaurants to choose from. Pollonia has close access to a wonderful part of Milos that has a dramatic beautiful coastline.

I'd reco a car to be able to explore the beaches to get the best of Milos, transportation is easiest that way. Pollonia felt like the best place to stay after checking out everywhere else based on its location in relation to everything and its hotel/ dining offerings. once we had a car it was seamless, we visited all the beaches, most memorable were: SARAKNIKO, TSIGRADO and Firopotamos. We at at O Hamas and Medusa, I still am thinking about how perfect those meals were.OLIACanada

It is a quick walk into Pollonia for restaurants, sandy beaches and a grocery store. Everything on Milos is a short and easy drive. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The host greeted us with fresh fruit and we came back one day to a lovely bottle of wine. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to messages. Beautiful little cafe right on the water two doors down. Pollonia town is wonderful. There are also rock pools 100 meters up the road to the left that are stunning! That is where we spent most of our time. We were a big family group that also booked aunt katina’s property two doors down, so that was super convenient. It was a short distance to the main center/ port/ buses. They had a pool, bar and beach access but it was too windy for us to go but has nice views.
