The outside spa area is this hotels jewel in the Crown, with great views of the castle and mountains in the distance. we experienced it on a Sunny Day so were able to lounge in the Sun and pop in and out of jacuzzi and swimming pool. In poor weather this is going to be a very different experience.

The location is excellent—within cycling distance to Neuschwanstein Castle, and there are several restaurants (Italian, Asian) within walking distance. Breakfast was delightful. The beautifully decorated hall and the hostess in traditional Bavarian clothing provided a charming morning experience. The highlight was the spa. It’s a wonderful treat after a long walk through the scenic Bavarian village!

A great location and plentiful parking. Very comfy beds and a decent breakfast served in the morning. Staff that greeted us where very friendly.

Everything was quite nice and cozy. It's a spacious place, near a bus stop to the castles, and I was offered a free ticket by the hosts. It had all the facilities listed, and coffee was avaliable. There's a parking spot and a supermarket close.
