We just spent an all-inclusive week at the Gran Melia Palacio de Isora and it was wonderful. It is a large and beautiful resort, but what really elevated our stay was the staff. Everyone from the grounds crew to the reception staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. There are a few people we wanted to say an additional thank you to for going above and beyond: 
Jacqueline and Angela – They are the best hosts! So friendly and accommodating, it was always a pleasure to be greeted by their smiling faces! Estefani – best bartender and server at the Tiki Bar during the day! Aziz – the host at L’Olio, amazingly friendly! Luca – a great and friendly bartender, those spicy Caprioskas were delicious! Francisco – the best server during the evening entertainment, always professional! And a final shoutout to Noelia, Rosalie, Derby, Devora, Ale and everyone else who’s names we didn’t get, thank you for your outstanding service throughout our trip. We will definitely be back.

Everything was awesome! The staff, the room with excellent view, the food and especially the NY Eve party and food. Can't wait to return, this time with my daughter too because it's an excellent place for families :)

Our host, Axel, provided very detailed information for us not only for the arrival but for our stay. He was exceptionally communicative and helpful, stopping by when we could not connect the TV to satellite. The property has a nice balcony with views of the ocean and La Gomera Island and had 2 loungers plus a table and 4 chairs. It captured the afternoon sun but was shaded most of the morning during our winter stay. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with extras like spices, oils, vinegar and had water, 2 beers and a bottle of Cava in the refrigerator for us. Appreciated having a bidet available in the bathroom and a washer with detergent. We found the apartment quite comfortable.

I liked the fact that the host went an extra mile to make us feel comfortable and at home. I will definitely come back and can recommend to anyone wanting to have a memorable and pleasant stay in Tenerife.
