Location more than perfect. Very quiet and relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed the spa a lot. Would deffo recommend. I want to mention that restaurant staff is really accommodating and lovely. We've had a pleasant experience having booked two nights at Roser House -Colobita. First of all I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful and friendly as well as the hotel itself was very nice and clean, nothing to complain .The outside pool was amazing , we enjoyed it a lot. Another important aspect is that the SPA was absolutely fantastic, very clean and you could use it as much as you could as long as it was in the time schedule . Thanks and see you next time !

Unexpected surprise! Having just escaped Ukraine I was brought to Bistrita to find comfort in Romania and see a new city. My life is difficult now. My things are in Ukraine. My life appears to be past now The room was amazing, modern and clean! Then on departure, front desk Manager" Laura" was supportive and friendly! She was sympathetic to my situation and offered options and recommendations for someone coming from Ukraine.... She connected me with a personal friend and trusted me to find someone who could help me and could have a conversation with me!! I found new acquaintances and can return to a place I can find comfort in! The breakfast was fresh, colorful and delightful! Service was wonderful! Centered in the heart of the historical district, I could go get coffee and walk to the park! I will return now as often as I can and recommend it to anyone traveling to Bistrita!! Please be nice to my friend Laura. She has given me new hope for my future?
